The original company was
founded by M.E.Cooley in the South Bay area. M.E.Cooley
changed the name of the company to M.E. Cooley Real Estate Property Inspection
to reflect his personal name. M.E. Cooley started his career in the United States
Army. The United States Army Corps of Engineers is where he gained his basic electrical skills. M.E.Cooley
then joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, I.B.E.W. 569 San Diego Ca. in 1991. M.E.Cooley
worked for the electrical union on such projects as the Del Coranado Hotel in San Diego, Disneyland California Adventures,
San Onofre Nuclear power station and many other large union projects as a Journeyman Electrician. Later M.E.
Cooley would also work overseas in England, Germany and other E.U. countries as an electrical distribution
inspector. M.E.Cooley returned to the United States and enrolled in college
again, studied and graduated with an above average GPA in Building Inspection Technology. M.E.Cooley
often gets invitations to speak at sales meetings and trade related shows. M.E. Cooley
is an avid sponsor of scholarship programs and still physically performs inspections today.
