Question: Why don't you do on
site inspection reports?
Answer: In the beginning, years ago we were one of the first
to come out with the on-site inspection reports (lap top, printer
will travel!). And we preformed on-site inspection reports. Then we
tapered it down to only emergencies, then we fazed it out completely. Over time we realized that it was too risky. Once an
inspector generates a report on-site, there is no turning back. No
review and no study. No one's perfect, not even me. So we believe its worth it to you and us, too wait
24hrs. We review our reports before sending them out, not just once but many times through the process of generating your
report. Do you really want to risk what may be the biggest investment of your life? Or risk the safty of your clients? I think
its worth waiting 24hrs, don't you? SAY NO TO ON SITE INSPECTION REPORTS!
